The initial foundation repairs on our building will begin October 2nd and are expected to last between 1 - 2 weeks. A few things to note:
- You’ll see digging, holes and piles of dirt around part of the north and west perimeter of the building where piers will be installed to level the foundation. Work will be M-F during the day and those areas will be marked and taped off.
- The main front entrance and stairs will be open however the ramp will be closed due to the need for holes to be dug in the sidewalk between the ramp and the door.
- All parking spots will be available though some will be taken during the day by work crews.
- Upon completion further checks will be performed and additional work inside the building may or may not be required.
