This press design is very similar to the RCE.com $449.00 swage press.
I downloaded the plans a few days ago. Be mostly a matter of getting the right tool steel and a 7/8 - 14 treading tool.
We’d need the services of a good welder as well.
I’d likely pay for materials if we made two and I keep one for home use. I don’t have the skill level in the machine shop to get the tolerances we’d want.
