I am seeing some references to discord in ceramics post. I was under the impression ceramics has not moved to discord and only uses talk. Could someone clarify for me?
All important Ceramics information is only posted here. Sonja thought it looked active, but Ceramics is where I “park” my DMS discord, because it really doesn’t have conversations. Folks will randomly post a thing or two, but we rarely have any conversations there. I can go for days without having any new posts.

I totally understand your question. That’s why I think being on Discord can confuse our newer members! While some long-time members are active there, the official discussion space for the Ceramics Department is TALK.
TALK is where you’ll find all the important updates like Kiln News, photos of discarded/tossed items, new rules, kiln opening photos, and answers to questions.
TALK is the best place to stay in the loop of what’s happening in Ceramics!
