Digital design help converting black/white ink drawing to usable digital design

Hi!

Anyone available to teach me how to use digital software to convert black/white sketches to a usable digital files so I use the lasers etc?

I attached an example of a front door design to be cut out of steel. (I won’t be doing the actual metalwork, but just an example of the type of drawings). I need to digitize it and clean up the edges etc.

I have designs that just sit in a box. Would be happy to compensate $50.
