Dent puller, help request

Is anyone going to be around tomorrow morning who knows how to use the dent puller and might be able to give me some pointers?

Which puller? The cold glue slide hammer?

I also want to add, removing dents in cars depends heavily on the extent of the damage, the type of dent (large/small/wrinkled/paint damage), and whether or not you can get to the backside.

Big soft dent in fender or roof or door- backside can be pushed out with your hand. Or a plunger will work.

Small dent in a structural part (pillar, rocker panel)- has to be pulled with cold glue or pins and results will often be worse than the original damage.

I think I forgot that we had 2, and not sure which is best. its a big-ish soft dent in fender, no wrinkles. I may try and pull it with a plunger or by hand later and see how that goes.

Suggest getting a kettle of boiling water, pour it over the dent slowly, it may relax it enough to pop it out.

Then drop some dry ice on it…
