On Day 2 of my Marquetry class you will learn how to best prepare your veneers for cutting. What various qualities and pitfalls certain veneers have. Practice makes perfect and you will practice with the scrollsaw in many different ways and all of this will lead up to a point where you are actually practicing on a mock-up of your actual design. This pays dividends in the actual cutting of your real Marquetry in that you have already done it or similar moves many times throughout the day.
