I don’t think it will be a problem. I’m not sure if the coolant is chlorine free, if not, when you heat it is may adversely affect it.
@TBJK @nicksilva Have you seen anything that would prevent it cutting non-hardened materials?
I don’t think there should be a problem. We’ve cut brass on it for classes in the past so it should have no problem. As to chlorine - we just happen to have the MSDS for the coolant somewhere. I doubt it is a part of the mix.
Titanium is prone to galling. If it seems to be taking too long that is why.
