Cutting Garolite at the Makerspace

Hi,
I’m looking to cut garolite (basically epoxy with fiberglass) at the makerspace. I can’t laser cut it or cut it on the Shapeoko 3 XXL according to the rules. Is there anyway I can cut it at the makerspace (CNC based not manual tools)?

unfortunately, any cnc will generate lots of dangerous dust. without an enclosure it is not possible.
the only thing that minimizes the dust is cutting it manually.
