I’m not a member of the hackerspace, but hoping someone can help me. I was trying to retrieve a deleted folder by creating a restore point when the computer started back up it had a blue screen stop code0x00021a. I tried booting in safe mode and advanced mode more than ten times. Now I have a black screen it looks like Windows has been loading on the loading screen for hours, and I’ve tried everything to fix it. The screen stays black and just keeps running I hope someone can make sense of this.
That error code seems to happen when Windows is missing system files. Have you tried using a repair disc/drive to fix your installation? Worst case scenario, you might need to back up your files with a live usb and do a fresh install.
