I am not certain what tub of fabric you are asking about but there are no current plans to throw any of the fabric away.

It’s on the Cosplay shelves.
Everything that was on the two cosplay shelves (and then some) was merely transferred to the official cosplay cabinet.
The only things tossed were some old forms and A couple small scraps of floor mats
