The idea is great to turn the lost dark corner into something useful and wanted by the board. Remember we are here to make DMS useful to all. We just have other issues to deal with, the landlord, building codes and be accountable to the membership for spending funds.
While the design and usefulness were well considered and I personally appreciate the effort, we lacked a good cost estimate. DMS has a history of seemily in-expensive projects turning into much more expensive lessons.
We have to work together to take DMS forward.
