Ventavia Research called me in 1 day early for the 2nd dose of the BionTech/Pfizer trial vaccine, on Sept 23rd.
Just like after the 1st dose, I felt a little dizzy after a few minutes, this time it went away in half the time, about 5 minutes.
Ventavia has expanded the Study Group from 30,000 to 44,000 subjects, and now includes 16 & 17 year olds.
They scheduled me back on Oct 21st for bloodwork, and there is another tentative draw set for March 17th, 2021. They will assay the blood for antibodies to the Covid-19 Spike Protein, and then monitor later for a rolloff of these antibody levels.
Johnson & Johnson has begun Phase 3 trials with their vaccine, which is only 1 dose, and does not require -70’F refrigeration and a 2nd dose, like the mRNA vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna. They are enrolling 60,000 subjects, which is an enormous group.
