Came across this video; pretty ingenious.

I don’t need one, but now I want to make one. :slight_smile:

Thanks for sharing! I really liked the idea of using the hook blades with the oscillating tool! I bought a bunch of those blades on clearance but they aren’t too easy to work with. That should work great!

That was cool to see for me too. YW

Dang

If we could get people to use the Shop vacs in the woodshop, I might think about making a couple

We went to the store yesterday and bought a package of them, too!

Aren’t we using the Oneida Dust Deputies in there?

I understand the fun of making stuff but might this not be a better starting point? Less than 30 bucks and a lot of time/effort saved. And you still get to “make” the collector by attaching it to your bucket.

Looking at the brand name, and price, I wonder if it’s a PRC clone of the Oneida.

I wouldn’t bet against that. :smiley: There are several versions of what appears to be the same thing on Amazon, all with “off” sounding brand names.

@Team_Laser

We should install Cyclones between the laser and dost collector more. They would capture a lot of the debris that is clogging the tubing and damaging the blowers.
