I have a thin (~2mm) sheet of glossy black acrillic that I’m looking to cut 10mm linear channels into (with one 5mm channel) and then cut a full half circle out of that. I’ve tried to do this using the laser but it seems ineffective at the scale I’m trying to do this at.
It’s been recommended that I pursue using the plastic router and indeed, it does seem to fit:
Would anyone be able to supervise/help? I already have a CAD model for what I’m trying to do from when I tried doing it on the laser.
