Would anyone versed on the big CNC machine in the wood shop have time this week or next to go over the software and hardware and the steps to take to be able to use the machine

I’m making some vinyl record crates and fixtures for a record store. I’ve been making these for a while now through a guy but he has moved and I need to continue making for the store. They are also opening a new location soon and I’ll need to make all of there record bins.
