I enjoy the laser maintenance days but I’ve learned very little about how to maintain a laser. (I usually scrub or vacuum.)
What about a class to teach how to maintain lasers? And then a test a week later (a la CNC in woodshop)? The prize: if you pass, you get the key that gives access to the cleaning supplies, the spare lenses, etc.
My hope is this would increase the number of us regular users who could say “I can fix that!”

I would love to see this too, if for nothing else than knowing how to clean the mirrors for whenever I’m using the laser.
