The metal-heads call them deburring wheels, and they cost ~100CDN$ but if you know what yer looking for, the feel a little rubbery, and DONT ring when tapped, I’ve been fortunate htat all the one’s I’ve picked up have been at garage/estate sales. Whom would buy used grinder wheels eh? And they do come in different grits (not sure what grit that wheel was!)
I have some Cratex wheels (1/2" wide) which are also rubberized grit as used for sharpening carving gouges and other tools, but even they are relatively pricey!
I’ve used that technology on ever so many planes!
