Class idea- prototyping/bread boarding 101 Interest check?

Does this idea have any merit as a class? Reading schematics would be a requirement. If that is a problem, well then, that could always be another class! I am very disabled and won’t be available for a very long time duration unknown. Just throwing an idea out there to see if it sticks.

A beginning article for this project.

There was a class not too long ago.

Not sure how well attended the class was. It was a daymaker class.

I need to take this class. An evening/weekend one would be perfect!!

A combined intro to electronics and breadboarding would be a great starting point for folks who want to jump into electronics. Learn what resistors, transistors, caps, and other parts do and what they look like on the schematic. Switches and LEDs, 555 timers, transistor and digital logic LED flashers, and other small circuits could be built to show how to take the schematic and connect the parts on the breadboard.

It’s like the old Forrest M. Mims, III, books coming to life.

Add Cookbooks by Don Lancaster and Walt Jung and you are ready to rock’n roll :astonished:

I have done someting similar on my site,

I’ will be poposing classes to try to increase the electronic elmtronics lab resourses. I am not rich after my stroke but I think I can afford a membership inDMS from Social security. When I recover from this stroke the(per diem)? from class will go to supply ou lab and various projects. I have no idea how long I will be down. Docs said I would probably recover. It has already been a full year. If someone wants to take my ideas and run with them more power to them.I will atempt to keep ideas coming
