oh damn! that’s actually a super useful material. Still not really a good fit for this project. but definitely something to keep in mind for a few other idea that i have. Any idea where to buy it?

Leaving tabs in the letters can prevent drop outs. This was plasma-cut at DMS:

I THINK you can add the stencil supports in the Plasma cutter software.

Hi, @FairieCyanide showed a picture of one that I made. It was actually suppose to be a D20 mace but I made it too big.

You can easily make the D20 mace in the picture at DMS. You will need to use the CNC plasma to cut out the pieces and then the welder to put it together.

Instead of chrome plating it you might want to go with 304 stainless. Material cost is higher and will take more time to make as everything will be TIG welded but it will last a really long time.
