Does anyone know how to change a regular membership to a First Responder discount membership?
I already received the discount code from the DMS ticket that I submitted previously.
Open a ticket on the billing portal asking us to apply the promo code to the existing member service. If you already have a ticket for the inquiry responding to it will be fine. Sometimes we need reminded when working with folks who are existing members to apply the rate as the workflow is designed around new services where it is applied at time of purchase.
I did respond to the inquiry over two weeks ago, but I never received another reply back. I’m wondering if I should cancel my membership first and then reapply with the First Responder discount code?
No, that would not be helpful and lead to more work for both you and the volunteer team.
I don’t recall any pending tickets on this but will check this evening.
