If you didn’t, I’d submit a request to [email protected]. Infrastructure should be able to help you, and it will be much easier if you can get back into the original account. They can transfer your old permissions to a new account, but it’s a manual process, and they’re volunteers, so it can take a while. If you can activate the old account, everything is still there.
Except for your badge. You’ll have to reactivate the badge. The system “loses” it when you go inactive.
