Celadon Glaze voting 2024/04/16

Some time back, we had decided that we should attempt to condense the glaze shelves a bit. The list of the 40 PC’s we’ll be stocking will be up on a later day. The plan is to have 10 Celadons. There are some areas where there are choices to be made (remember that Celadons are mixable):

Pale Celadon:
C19 Glacier or C23 Ice.
I’m leaning toward Ice. Glacier is slightly bluer, and you could get that by blending a bit of blue into Ice.

C25 Downpour, C27 Storm, or C29 Deep Sea
No recommendation on these.

C47 Jade or C49 Rainforest
Either one.

I’m just going to cancel C50 Cherry Blossom. It only is the color on the bottle at Cone 5. We’ve got Weeping Plum as a close cousin.

Ice, Storm and Rainforest. Those three all are particularly nice both on their own and in conjunction with several other glazes.

What about the C-11 mixing clear, staying or going?

While we do need to order some, the Mixing Clear will be staying. That will help make our 10 Celadons more useful. So, it’s an extra to the 10.
