I only see Rebecca Cashman as a member. Has she added you and paid for you as an add on? Family members are an additional charge and not automatically added.

Thank @ozindfw for your time! It looks like only the $60 purchase shows up on our account but we paid $75 so we are sending an email to figure out what the issue is.

Infra will work the ticket, but first question is did primary account holder use maker manager to create the add on username, set password, and link a fob? If not, that’ll likely be the fix. If so, we’ll have to do some digging.
