After watching that video, I am thinking about starting a kickstarter for my pet brick idea…
It amazes me how many potential used car salesman have found new careers with the Internet age…
I am amazed they raised $10k for this.
The good: People still love pinball.
The bad: Everything else about it (unless used for kindling in emergency arctic survival scenario).
Ok maybe that was a bit harsh. But seriously, as Makers we can do a hell of a lot better with $50 than build a cardboard box. I’d actually like to build a small-scale machine when time permits… would be fun.
Oh, I agree on the price. I’d allow for $25 at most due to Kickstarter inflation, but for $50 I’d expect some kind of sensors or mechanisms to be included. Still kind of a cool idea. One more thing to add to my pile of things to think about doing in the future…
