Calibration and Clearing ABS Filament

Hi,
I made my first print today. I had a few questions

(1) Does any calibrate the printers at all? In the past I’ve had a Makerbot and a Prusa and I know there was some up front setup work involved.

(2) I don’t how in Octoprint, to have it extrude some filament?

The printers should be ready to go when you use them.

If you look under the control tap you should see where to extrude
