Calendar Emails & Fixes April 19th

Posting this as a heads up: if you suddenly start receiving emails from the calendar, those are probably expected and actually us.

As part of a fix for a crash when a guest registers for an event, I’ve also fixed all the emails (I really hope).
You should now receive emails for the following (and more):

  • On Event approval
  • Registration Approval, Pending, Cancellation, Rejected, Etc
  • Event Starting, Cancelled

Error pages have also been improved to be a bit cleaner and hopefully more helpful.

Just received two calendar emails; one reminding me about a class and another telling me about the cancellation deadline.

Thank you! These are much-needed improvements. I’m optimistic this will cut down the no-show rate. Thanks to everyone who worked on these enhancements.
