Not sure where to post this but last night I was working with some slipcasting molds and a very small mold (I think it was a sand dollar) had been placed inside of a larger mold and fell out onto the floor and broke. I’m not sure who to tell about this, or what the process is but I do want to take responsibility for it, make the right people aware, and ask whether I need to do anything to replace it?
