Also, TIL it’s ‘toe the line’ vs. ‘tow the line’. I have always envisioned it had something to do with tow trucks or tugboats, etc. using a line to tow a load… Wikipedia says I’m wrong and it’s to do with persons putting their toe on a line…
Also, Discourse continues to state opinion as fact in annoying ways…
