Brake line straightening tool, bend tool

Hey gang,

curious if we have a straightener for brake line.

Here’s Eastwood’s

but any kind will do:

I don’t think we do, but I’ve been known to be wrong…

These are nice and awesome to have. I did a full set of brake lines in my kit car using coiled tubing using a block of wood with a hole drilled the size of the tubing. Worked fine on Copper Nickel and steel lines.

Nope.

We do have a nice flaring tool though

Thanks guys. I’m excited to work with the flaring tool. I’ve purchased a brake tubing bender and a pair of the brake tubing pliers. Also ordered brake line and fittings through Amazon. Should have everything in soon enough, will trailer up the old truck and bring her in to start running the brake lines.

This the flaring kit we have. I’ve used it and have left a small tubing cutter inside the case.

The 1987 Unimog I used it on was by far the largest truck that has been in automotive to date.
