Binaural Audio Recording

This is old stuff relatively speaking but it just blew my mind. Maybe it’ll blow your mind too? Use headphones. Seriously. I thought the chair creaking at the beginning of one of the videos was my chair.



I’m kind of curious to give recording like this a try. Anyone else interested in giving this a shot? A few cheap microphones, a sacrificial pair of headphones, and a volunteer head should do the trick.

This is cool stuff. I have looked at building something like this, but the last thing I need right now is another project.
