The Big Thunder platform is uneven. It is lower on the right side. This causes cuts on the right side to not be as powerful and second passes are required just for that area.
I think that this is a known issue. The bed needs to be replaced. It’s on The List.
Actually it has nothing to do with the bed anymore. It’s because people keep dropping heavy metal objects onto the belts and screwing up the alignment.
I know that the right side is less even, I did not have time last night to read level it after I fixed the belt issue.
I am in the space, and will likely level it sometime in the next hour or two.
