@Team_Laser looking for any expertise in printing to Big thunder; I have a file built in layers and converted to an svg, but when I open in lightburn it breaks it down farther then I need it to, and in the wrong areas.
The file may be the issue, but I don’t know how to structure it with lightburn, if anyone has time to help it would be greatly appreciated.
The overall image is a US map.
It sounds like you’re exporting colors/layers in your SVG file. When I import stuff into that dragon icon program, it’s always imported together, with all the pieces selected. I can select the individual splines or lines with the mouse, but it’s never broken down by default. So you may focus your effort on the export settings rather than the import settings.
w/r/t Lightburn, I had to look up the shift_left click shortcut, which selects all elements in a layer. You can move the selection to a different layer using the numbered squares.
P.S. if you upload your vector graphics file (or a test case) to the member drive or here as .zip, it would be easier to help you troubleshoot.
