Become a 3D Printer Maintainer!

A kind reminder to everyone that is interested in supporting 3D Printing at DMS, @Team_3D_Fab , there is a meeting tonight at 7 pm.

The meeting is virtual, so you don’t have to come to DMS to attend:

If anyone is at DMS is there a spot we’re meeting?

usually 3dfab

Missed the meeting due to some stuff coming up, any way to get caught up?

Missed it also. I didn’t see any notification until after the meeting.

+1 to the missed list :frowning:

The minutes of the meeting are on source (use your DMS login to access - I think it’s members only) but I don’t see any mention of the maintainers program. Jayson Woods (no talk handle?) was elected as chair (replacing @Evan_Lott) so perhaps he’ll have more details to share soon.

Jayson Woods ( @engpin ) was elected 3D Fab chair. Evan Lott @Evan_Lott mentioned Jayson has been doing tons to get and keep 3DFab in a great state.

Looking forward to hearing from Jayson about how more members can get involved in 3D printing.

Yeah I’m getting the class set up for the maintainers. There might be a class size limit. More information to come!

class size will be 5 max and not open to public or standby attendance

Hello Mr, Lott,

Have spent some time with PolyPrinters and the resin printers.
Have worked as a carpenter and a computer programmer (C# and Java)
I live about five minutes from DMS and would be willing to
help with the printer maintenance.

Of course.

Only event I have on my schedule for the weekend is in conflict with that one. And I can’t miss it.

Still interested, but can;t make it this week.
