Basic machine shop introduction

Is there a basic machine shop introduction class? I’ve had the HAAS class, but I think an introduction to the the smaller tools maybe more appropriate towards my needs.

Page? I know I am an old man, but … (then again I did used to own a pager…)

We don’t actually have a basic machine shop intro class, yet…

But we do offer a Bridgeport 101 class. The next one should be the 29th?

It’s on the Calendar for 29th. I’ll probably further Mitch’s Midnight Maker class concept and have one sometime in mid-October for those Children of the Night that can’t make the earlier sessions, as well as a recurring Bridgeport class.

You’re welcome to do so.

To be fair, the “midnight makers” thing was actually @LisaSelk idea.

@lisaselk @themitch22 Well then kudos to Lisa Selk for the idea and still kudos to you for doing the class. I like the idea and hope to maybe get a few more Children of the Night Maker classes. Say classes from 22:00 onwards. There may not be a lot now, but it’s part of the community that those of us who are there late regularly can help support.

Maybe work on a design for shirts: Makers of the Night LOL

I’d like the makers of the night shirts.

We’ll have get some folks together and figure out a design. Our spokesman:
