Steve and I have been struggling with the calendar for quite some time. I want to let everybody know that I am planning to present a class on the basic theory of capacitors this Saturday at 5 P.M., after my class on lasers. I don’t know which room it will be in; either the Lecture Hall or Pillar Room are possibilities.
I would love to be there but 5PM is a bit too late for a Sat. class.

I have a portable Marx Generator if you want to show how capacitors can be used to step up 3 volts DC to 600,000 volts. Makes a nice snap crackle pop.

I’ll keep that in mind. I scheduled this for 5 P.M. because that is between my Laser class and the 3D printer building class that I attend at 6.
