The bandsaw with the smallest blade has a lot of wobble in the blade. Is that normal? Can it be adjusted with the guides or something?
Be sure there is enough tension on the blade and that the guides are in place appropriately
If that’s the Jet on the right closest to the belt sanders, then yes that one needs an overhaul. I’m not sure what specifically is going on with it, but yes it has a lot of wobble in it. Tightening the tension on it has helped me in the past, but its likely a higher tension than should be on that blade.

I think that’s the one where the bearing pocket in the upper wheel is slightly loose. Ideally we would bore and sleeve the pocket and put new bearings in, it’s just not a projects we’ve gotten to yet.
