I’m having trouble getting a ball joint out of the lower control arm of an 04 Toyota 4runner. I have a C-clamp style ball joint press that I’ve been using to no avail. Is there anyone who may be up at the Makerspace tomorrow who might be able to help me get this ball joint out if I bring the control arm with me? I understand there may be a press that will do the job in the machine shop, but I don’t know where it is or how to use it. Any help is appreciated.

Close enough. And it’s gone.
The lower control arm will already be removed from the vehicle. I won’t be able to be up there until after noon tomorrow.
