Authentication issues on Polyprinters

Polyprinter was one of the first courses I took at the 'space when I joined a few years ago. I recently tried to print something after a long hiatus (pre-covid) and found that there’s an authentication request on the printer web interfaces when you’re on the 'space’s network, as well as locally on the terminals in the 3d printing area. Nothing would validate me as an authorized user. Who do I talk to to fix this or do I need to take new classes to get priviliges back like they did when they restructured Woodworking a while back?

Thanks!

Re-training online might be your quickest resolution, so I’m tossing it out here before looking into this.
Course is @ learn.dallasmakerspace.org and once completed with 100% on the quiz, will auto-enrol your login…

I am not currently able, but in a bit I will check into what is happening… It’s easier when we can point to a course we took, when, and/or get an instructor to sign off. Otherwise, we’ll probably need to ask the chair @themitch22 for approval.
But the online course just might beat all that for expendience…
