Tonight we had frozen pizza because nothing else says fancy pants like frozen pizza!

We had prepared pizza… at least you baked (I assume it was unfrozen in an oven or so before eating…)

I did do a carrot cake, 4 layers with pineapple compote filling (a first for me!). No pics, but mmm mmm good!

They ordered us 20 pizzas tonight. We are putting in rental chillers.

Tonight’s dinner: bell pepper and mushroom quesadillas with Hatch chile guacamole. Simple but tasty, and quick to make: concept to dining in about 10 minutes since the guac was already made.
