Are There Tools for Phone Repair in the Electronics Area?

I saw a hot-hair gun when I was over there. Are there phone repair tools available like a suction cup for removing the screen or those weird pentalobe screwdriver bits?

I have not seen a suction cup device or the star key safety screwdriver bits here, but there might be star bits somewhere. There are plenty of electronics gear here for repair, but I don’t think there are any specialized tools for phones. There are others who might know otherwise though.

Often when you buy a replacement screen they throw in the necessary tools at a slightly elevated price. Check amazon.

When I replaced my battery, the kit came with the pentalobe screwdriver.

The ELab isn’t set up to do this kind of work. I think I saw an iFixIt kit in the black toolbox. There may be special bits for security screws, etc. Check the black toolbox.

Is it that hard to put a bit back in its case when you’re done with it? If I were king I’d permanently ban people for this.
