Sorry for not being clear. Mark Haven @mrhavens, from Digital Media, has bee helping with committee photos and event. Mark will help with candidate photos too.
With so many members, we lose track of names too often. But we might recognize the picture of the person that helped us, or that we spent time chatting with about __ topic.
If you send the signal telepathically, the new personality emerges and destroys the old one. The agent then report back to the Psi Corps.

Less than an hour until the voting can begin! 
Beginning tonight at 7:00 PM, you will be able to go to the voting link and cast your votes. The online voting will be open from 7:00 PM tonight until 7:00 PM next Thursday, April 14th. Please see the original message in this thread for a very detailed explanation on how the online voting will work this year.
You can also wait until the upcoming Annual Membership Meeting at 8:00 PM next Thursday, April 14th to vote in person. (Just my opinion; but, this may be a good option for newer voting eligible members to have another opportunity to meet this yearās candidatesā¦)

Just a thought. What would happen if we didnāt meet quorum on the board elections? I know itās probably unlikely, but it could happen, right?

There is a little known clause in our by laws that would come into play.
All candidates enter the thunder dome and battle. The last five standing become the new board of directors. As a candidate you should have known what you were getting yourself into Mitch!

The voting system will show itās results at 7pm but itāll take me some time to tally up the votes and such, as I predict a handful of people will want to vote in person at the meeting. The more in person votes, the more spreadsheet work I have to do before we have the final numbers
