We will be VOTING/VOLUNTEERING for chair and 
new Lead Positions in the November meeting. All ceramic makers encouraged to come, check out item #7 to see if any of these new lead positions sound like they might be up your ally. Come and let us know at the meeting!

Should we use the secret Santa app like last year or draw partners from a hat the day of the event?
5. Teachers/Classes-
-classes have been slow to fill up in October, look at how many we have offered last month and the month before vs this month.
-shout out to Beth for getting slip casting going and glaze organized
6. Kiln and cleaning
-shoutout to Steve and April for cleaning out around the kilns and grinding glaze off the shelves
-reinstating kiln meetings, bi-monthly, in person required, Jamie & Anna to work with people’s schedules.
7. Time to vote!
We will be voting on next chair, and assigning heads of upkeep jobs for the next 6 months:
-plaster cast/slip cast lead
-glaze inventory/purchaser lead
-“the cleaner” lead (tosses old items, organizes community cleanings)
-kiln team lead
-social media lead
-party planning lead
