I see periodic posts from members how who want to learn to use Illustrator or use it better. Here is a video Adobe just posted showing how to create a flame icon in the app. It is a good method that can be a very useful skillset.

Also, Astute Graphics is a great company that produces some very helpful plugins for Adobe Illustrator. Including a couple free ones.

When is the class? I don’t want to take up a spot, but would be interested in auditing/assisting. This is an area that I have considered giving back to the community, just not 100% confident on my teaching skills.

I’ve been using illustrator for about 15 years on a daily basis, so putting together a lesson plan on the basics has been kind of tricky since the basic stuff is 2nd nature now.
