Adobe file into Lightburn help

I’m importing an ai file into Lightburn and when I do its saying its not an ai file. Can anyone tell me why I might be getting this issue. Hopefully this is just a newbie mistake and an easy fix.

Using the latest version of adobe and whatever version of Lightburn that is on the cpu laser.

Any help?

Were you able to sort this out? I wonder if the AI version is too old/new. Lightburn has very responsive tech support.

Unresolved for now. We were thinking the same thing. I’ll try Lightburn support.
