Adding new family member troubles

Ohh man I’m having some real trouble adding my father to my account.:sweat_smile:

I added a household member, he got the email and entered his new desired username and password. This action signed me in on his phone as me. Now I can’t sign in on my phone and he can’t sign in as him on his phone. So confusing. How do I solve this?

Granted I can still use talk obviously.

Family add-ons should be added and managed through MakerManager ( https://accounts.dallasmakerspace.org/MakerManager ).

They will not receive emails from this platform.

In order to add them there, you will need to log in with your DMS username (not email) and password, and then under the my badges tab, you can add a new family member and bind a badge.

If your account is glitched out, please email [email protected] from the email you initially used signed up.

Talk is 100% disconnected from any of your account activity. That’s why you have to request your Green Dot for the full membership access to Talk.
