Account unlock assistance 2023-11-06

Hi - I just renewed my membership today (11/6/2023) and I tried re-adding my RFID in the Maker Manager, but it tells me user name and/or password are incorrect. I’ve reset it a number of times, but I cannot access this area. Does it take a day to update perhaps?

Hi Jay - thank you for your response. Turns out I didn’t complete the check-out process, I feel silly. But it’s done now and my badge is reactivated. Thanks again. Kevin
