Did not see a post on these so opening one. Two printers appear to have issues.
.93 has error message on website "serial exception: device reports readiness to read but returned no data (device disconnected or multiple access on port?)
.94 has some AbS in the printer head so can’t properly feed a new spool into the printer head.

This should really be in the Issues and requests category taggig @Team_3D_Fab and with the information required there.
You need to get your membership “Green Dot”. You should be able to ask for that in the first category. Click Categories. This program doesn’t link up with the Active Directory, so somebody has to manually add you as a member. That will give you access to the Issues And Requests category, and one or two other categories that are locked to Member Only.
