My guess is you could get them to well under $500 given that it’s clearly been outside for a long time.

That’s probably charitable. My guess is ‘learning experience’ is more accurate. Each and every components down to the motor windings will need to be inspected and likely reworked.

Although one could buy it & part it out. Get the head working ok, it could be sold for 1500 for just the head
If re-furbing something like this was my thing (clearly, it’s not), I’d only offer to come pick it up for “free” (not really that free since the effort and transport costs and storage for that beast are obviously non-negligble).
Per observations above, asking any amount of money for that thing is equivalent to saying “I want to own this forever!”
