Just a reminder, the vacuum chamber in the 3D press is ONLY for flat-ish objects. If the silicone membrane is touching the item BEFORE the vacuum is engaged the the item is too tall to use the the vacuum press.
If you want to decorate drinkware in the 3D vacuum press then you MUST use a wrap, silicone or heat shrink, and remove the vacuum chamber from the press.
Someone has been incorrectly using the vacuum chamber and destroyed one membrane and damaged a second. Those membranes cost $40 to replace and should last for years.
