Anime/CosPlay event discussion

Rules:

For overnight/day long prints. Concern is that service is abused, where people come in, start a long 12-14 print, and then leave. Concern too is printer availability.

Prior permission required from Chair/Vice Chair/Ty Thompson. Must have contact info.

Accessibility Adaption:

Max created a tool to all one hand operation of loading/unloading filament.

Stools:

Raspberry:

Return the pi3s for pi4s. Nixed. Staying with the Pi3s we already have.

Need to follow up on FabApp (user logging for data purposes) & Octopuppet (as recommendation). John spoke to Jim Harnett about integration. Intent is not to control access with FabApp. Looks good so far, John will confirm it is free and will provide Jim more info.

Action items:

gorman - Octopuppet & FabApp research

Luke - escalate computer purchase to board.

Max - Talk to Stacy. Will get the build list to price.

Max - Monday will contact FormLabs to replace

JJ will get the quote from Creaform.
